Nolvadex or Tamoxifen Citrate is a non-steroidal anti-estrogen developed for the treatment of breast cancer. It causes suppression of estrogen in the body which makes it used as a PCT by some bodybuilders.

Mechanism of Action

Blocks estrogen receptors in the brain and body. Blocks estrogen from entering cancer cells in the breast, entering would cause growth. Reverses gynecomastia by blocking estrogen receptors in the breast tissue. By blocking estrogen receptors on the hypothalamus which makes the body stimulate the production of luteinizing hormone which stimulates the production of testosterone.
